【My visa application was refused. What should I do?】

I have been approached by clients that tried to prepare their application by themselves and got refusal unfortunately.

A refusal letter from IRCC is general and won’t always come with a detailed definite reason. As a result, coming up with a useful strategy for success is hard in case you consider submitting a new application.

The first thing to do is to request an immigration officer’s electronic memos concerning your application.  This is called Access to Information Privacy (ATIP).

ATIP provides further details on the reasons for your refusal.  Through the analysis of ATIP, you will be able to address each individual issue for your next application.

To order ATIP https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/requests-information-act.html

Your new application will be much better prepared with ATIP!

If you want us to assess the possibility of success for your new application,

Refused application review service includes:

  • Requesting the immigration officer’s electronic memo through Access to information and privacy (ATIP). (it takes around 30 days to receive ATIP)
  • Reviewing ATIP
  • Reviewing the refusal letter and initial application submitted by the applicant
  • Assessing the possibility to submit a new application

Fee for the above service is C$400 including ATIP processing fee of C$5.

You will be assisted in obtaining your visas or permit by an Experienced Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.
