There is travel restriction currently under the pandemic. I would like to send a new employee to Canada. What is different from usual?
Steps to apply for a Work Permit to enter Canada.
To work in Canada, you must apply for a Work Permit at an embassy and have a POE letter (approval letter). Online applications are being assessed; however, it may take longer for except Essential Services.
You will need to go to a Biometrics at one of the Visa Application Centers.

Once an Approval letter is issued ↓
Yumi will request an Authorization for your family members to enter Canada. This is needed on top of your approvals. This special permit is valid for 3 months.
We will provide information and answer your questions before your departure.
Go to a clinic close by and get a report in English. Some airports offer this service, but it may take a longer time to receive the results.

Receive immigration documents at the Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto or Montreal airports
From February 22, 2021, you need to stay 3 nights at the government designated hotel + 11 nights at your place or an hotel)

Please book the government-designated hotel for 3 nights before your departure. Hotel stay is on own expense. need to stay the hotel at least 3 nights until receiving the result of PCR test.
