Easy<\/h3>\n

1. Spousal Open Work Permit<\/h4>\n

Your spouse has a skilled work for at least 6 months<\/p>\n

2. Post Graduate Work Permit<\/h4>\n

You completed the program and received a written notification from a designated school in Canada indicating that you are eligible to obtain a degree, diploma or certificate.<\/p>\n

3. International Experience Canada Work Permit<\/h4>\n

You are from one of 31 designated countries and age between 18 \u2013 30 (to 35 depending on the county).<\/p>\n

4. Exchange program<\/h4>\n

There is equal amount of exchange staff between Canadian and foreign companies.<\/p>\n

5. Work Permit exempt positions<\/h4>\n

There are positions which do not require a work permit itself. It includes athlete, clergy, examiner, instigator, government officers and public speaker.<\/p>\n

6. Business Visitor<\/h4>\n

You are coming to Canada for a meeting or training and do to not enter a labour market.<\/p>\n

7. Work Permit under International Free Trade Agreement<\/h4>\n

It includes NAFTA, GATS, Free Trade Agreements with Chile, Peru, Columbia and Korea.<\/p>\n

8. Intra-company Transferee Work Permit<\/h4>\n

You will be transferred to a Canadian company from a related foreign company, and have more than one-year experience.<\/p>\n

You will have a Senior Manager or Specialist position in Canada.<\/p>\n

9. Work Permit under Labour Market Impact Assessment<\/h4>\n

You need to prove no other Canadian can do your work by running advertisements<\/p>\n
