Apply through the Canadian Embassy (except entering from the USA)<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To work in Canada, you must apply for a Work Permit at an embassy and have a <\/span><b>POE letter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(approval letter).\u00a0 Online applications are being assessed; however, it may take longer for except <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicsafety.gc.ca\/cnt\/ntnl-scrt\/crtcl-nfrstrctr\/esf-sfe-en.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Essential Services<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>2. Biometrics<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will need to<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">go to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cic.gc.ca\/english\/information\/where-to-give-biometrics.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biometrics<\/a> at one of the Visa Application Centers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><b><\/b>Step-by-step look at Biometrics (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/immigration-refugees-citizenship\/news\/video\/biometrics.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Video<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once an Approval letter is issued\u3000\u2193<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Authorization for family members<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yumi will request an Authorization for your family members to enter Canada.\u00a0 This is needed on top of your approvals.\u00a0 This special permit is valid for 3 months.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Online meeting with Yumi <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We will provide information and answer your questions before your departure.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. PCR test (within 72 hours before the departure)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/transport-canada\/news\/2020\/12\/pre-departure-covid-19-testing-and-negative-results-to-be-required-for-all-air-travellers-coming-to-canada.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Go to a clinic close by and get a report in English<\/a>.\u00a0 Some airports offer this service, but it may take a longer time to receive the results.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">children who are four years of age or younger (i.e., children who are five on the day of their travel must have proof of a negative COVID-19 test);<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>6. ArriveCAN\u00a0 (within 48 hours before departure)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Download\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/public-health\/services\/diseases\/coronavirus-disease-covid-19\/arrivecan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ArriveCAN<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to provide mandatory travel information on and after your entry into Canada.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. Quarantine Plan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>YuPass will send a Quarantine Plan to you.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>8. Visitor Record application for family members<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You will receive a Visitor Record application package from YuPass.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>9. Enter Canada<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Receive immigration documents at the Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto or Montreal airports<\/p>\n<h3><strong>10. 2<sup>nd<\/sup> PCR test<\/strong> before leaving the international airport<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>11. 14 days of Quarantine<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>From February 22, 2021, you need to stay 3 nights at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/public-health\/services\/diseases\/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection\/latest-travel-health-advice\/mandatory-hotel-stay-air-travellers\/list-government-authorized-hotels-booking.html#a1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">government designated hotel<\/a> + 11 nights at your place or an hotel)<br \/>\nHotel details will be found from here<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please book the government-designated hotel for 3 nights before your departure. Hotel stay is on own expense. need to stay the hotel at least 3 nights until receiving the result of PCR test.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>12. Those who take a domestic flight after staying at a government-designated hotel, need to be quarantined at the destination for the remaining 11 days.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>13. 3<sup>rd<\/sup> PCR test at the end of 14 days quarantine.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Finally, go to work (Relieved!)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Those entering Canada by land from the U.S. will also be required to test negative for coronas and undergo quarantine, with no government-designated hotel stays.<\/li>\n<li>The rules frequently change due to the influence of the corona. Please check the latest information once again before your departure.<\/li>\n<li>We have a pre-departure confirmation online meeting for our customers.
